The wedding will be held on Saturday, October 03, 2026. We'll start with a ceremony at the Hastings House, then move to the restaurant for dinner reception.

GUEST LIST
We have chosen to keep our intimate celebration an adults-only affair. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones. We hope this advance notice allows you to arrange a special evening of your own. Thank you for your understanding.
DRESS CODE
Fall is the finer season along the coast — golden light and clearer skies. We're asking for Cocktail Attire, while keeping in mind an outdoor ceremony at the Hastings House and dinner following at La Costanera, both of which are along the coast. Dress beautifully, comfortably, and don't forget a wrap or jacket for the evening breeze.
A note on palette
While by no means required, we'd be delighted if guests felt inspired by our color story: deep emerald, forest green, charcoal, plum, copper, bronze, and rich earth tones. Black and dark neutrals are always welcome.
A few practical notes
The ceremony is on a lawn — please consider block heels, wedges, or flats rather than stilettos.
Kindly avoid
White, ivory, cream, or champagne tones, which we'd love to reserve for the bride.
SCHEDULE & TIMELINE
Ceremony
Our ceremony will begin at the Hastings House from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM.
* The 30 minute overlap between 5:00 - 5:30 PM is allocated travel time between the Hastings House and La Costanera.
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour will follow on the 2nd floor of La Costanera from 5:00 PM - 6:00PM.
Dinner Reception
Dinner reception to follow on the 2nd floor of La Costanera from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Nightcap Dive Bar
The celebration continues, casually, at Winter's Tavern — our favorite local haunt.
All are warmly invited to join us for a drink or call it a night after dinner,
whichever suits you. This part of our celebration is totally optional.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-
Cocktail attire. We'd love for our guests to look and feel their best for a garden ceremony and coastal dinner reception. Gentlemen — think a suit or blazer with dress slacks. Ladies — a midi, wrap, or cocktail dress is perfect. Since the ceremony is held outdoors, we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats so you can enjoy the garden.

We recommend arriving at Hastings House at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time to get settled. We'd hate for anyone to miss a moment! Full timing details are available on our Schedule page.

The ceremony will be held at Hastings House, and the reception will follow at La Costanera. Both venues are within 5 minutes of each other so the transition between the two will be smooth and straightforward.

Hastings House has enough street parking in the surrounding area to accommodate our guests. Guests will then migrate to La Costanera where they offer ample free parking on-site in the parking lot.

La Costanera can accommodate a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies. If you have a specific restriction, please reach out to us directly at angelamaximo@ymail.com or mark.alcatara05@gmail.com before the RSVP deadline so we can coordinate with the venue in advance and make sure your meal is just right.

Our celebration is intentionally intimate with 36 guests, so we kindly ask that you attend as indicated on your invitation. If you have questions about your invitation, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Yes! We'll have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony and dinner reception. During the ceremony, we ask that guests be present and refrain from holding up their phones for too long so our photographer can do their best work — but feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception!
